The SAM4s ER-265EJ is a compact, low-cost cash register tailored to meet the demanding needs of many small businesses. It includes a receipt printer and an electronic journal (EJ) for detailed sales tracking, eliminating the need for a traditional journal or audit tape. This model also features a standard SD card slot for backing up programs and reports, and for cloning settings to additional machines quickly.

• User-Friendly Design: Features a flat, spill-resistant programmable keyboard with 15 PLUs and additional function buttons.
• Connectivity: Equipped with three standard RS-232C ports for PC communication or external devices, and a USB port paired with free programming software.
• Optional Features: Includes an interface for credit card transactions (EMV, EBT, and pin-based debit) and custom programming for those who prefer not to program the machine themselves. This option also provides six months of telephone support from our in-house staff.

The ER-265EJ comes with a six-month standard warranty, with extended warranty options available. The standard warranty covers repairs with shipping paid one way. Extended warranties up to 54 months and an overnight exchange warranty up to 5 years are available, enhancing support and minimizing downtime. Overnight exchanges are processed the next business day if requested by 11 am PST, excluding Saturdays.
