The SAM4s NR-510 Flat Keyboard cash register is a simple-to-use, robust cash register. This model is a great fit when you don't need an expensive POS system but still need something fast and secure. The NR-510 Flat Keyboard register makes it easier for your cashier to ring up sales accurately with the large flat keyboard. Each button can be programmed as an item, allowing cashiers to locate and press the item button, improving accuracy and speed without needing to memorize prices.

The SAM4s NR-510F was designed for food service but also works well in retail. It is ideal for cafeterias, quick service, concessions, ice cream/frozen yogurt stands, hamburger, sandwich, pizza, coffee, bakery, deli, bars, and more.

For enhanced efficiency, consider adding a pin pad connected directly to the register. This allows the cashier to press the Credit Card Payment button, sending the sale amount to the pin pad for completion. The register then prints the credit card receipt and the sales receipt, reducing opportunities for fraud and increasing speed and accuracy.

Adding a kitchen printer to the SAM4s NR-510 also increases speed and accuracy. Items won't come out of the kitchen unless paid for at the register, reducing theft, ensuring items are paid for, and minimizing mistakes.

Get up and running quickly with your new register by selecting the programming and support option. This optional service includes custom programming of the register before it ships. After adding the option to your order, you will receive a programming worksheet to complete, specifying how you want the machine programmed, including tax rates, payment keys, discounts, receipt messages, and more. You'll also receive unlimited support for the first six months during regular office hours for using the machine, making program changes, reporting questions, and more, ensuring a faster setup at an affordable price.

Standard Warranty and Extended Warranty Options for the NR-510 Flat Keyboard Model

The standard warranty for this model is a six-month depot warranty. With a depot warranty, you pay for shipping the machine to us for repair, and we cover the shipping back to you. Every attempt is made to resolve an issue via phone before requiring shipping for repair. Warranty periods do not include a loaner unit, though loaner machines are often available at additional expense. You can purchase extended depot warranties for up to 54 months.

Alternatively, you can upgrade to an overnight exchange warranty, which can also be extended up to 5 years. With this warranty, we will overnight you a replacement register at our expense and cover the cost of shipping the broken machine back. Overnight exchanges do not include Saturday deliveries. For example, if you request an exchange on a Friday, you will receive the replacement on Monday. Replacement requests must be received by 11 am PST for same-day shipping, otherwise, the machine will ship the next business day.
